About Us

The filmcards group got its origin from the foundation of “Studio Zero”, a small television editing studio created by the Maestro Nino Oliviero (well-known Neapolitan musician, author of important soundtracks of the 1960’s and 70’s).

With his action,  Maestro Nino Oliviero  intended to create (almost for fun) a supporting activity tied with the newborn television of the time ( the only channel in the country and in black and white) aside from his brilliant career as a composer.

In time,  Studio Zero expanded and became a small yet very efficient production center which created an infinite amount of programs and edited numerous television columns, including “Mixer” and “Sereno Variabile”. In fact, it is thanks to the long term collaboration with the Rai channel, the number one column for tourism, that the company was introduced in the field it then specialized in.

During the years, many other companies have supported Studio Zero TV ltd, working side by side, such as Studio 9 ( with head office in Naples), Video System Project ltd ( for the graphics and virtual reconstructions), Videotre ( specialized in editing), Luma film (a small Film crew who travelled around Italy and the world), and last but not least, Filmcards ltd, owner of the Italian and American patent regarding the invention of a video postcard and focusing today on the creation of contents for on-demand applications for mobiles.

The filmcards software is  created and developed by Nexus  ltd from Milan, a company of young and dynamic computer programmers, able to face all difficulties and brilliantly overcoming them.
